For groceries, guests will find a small supermarket just 10 minutes away by car. Visit the canal-side Barton Marina and explore the galleries, shops, cafés and restaurants, all less than 5 miles away. The small historic city of Lichfield is under 10 miles away and bustling Burton-on-Trent is just 10 miles. Drayton Manor Theme Park is less than 20 miles away and Alton Towers is just 25 miles. PLEASE NOTE: All bookings of 5 rooms or more are subject to the property's group booking conditions. Full payment for standard rate/flexible rate group bookings must be made 30 days prior to the arrival date and the credit/debit card taken at the time of booking will be charged accordingly. No cancellations or refunds are permitted once payment has been made. A refundable security deposit of £100 per apartment is required upon arrival. This deposit is obligatory and must be paid with a valid debit or credit card. Cash is not accepted. Guests who are unable to provide the deposit will not gain entry to the apartment. Additional fees apply for the use of the leisure centre and other resort facilities. On-site parties or group events are strictly prohibited. Due to the nature of the property, the property is not suitable or recommended for stag, hen or similar parties. **The resort operates an on-going refurbishment programme to improve the accommodation, facilities and common areas. Refurbishments or building work may be taking place throughout the year. While the hotel/resort endeavours to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance to our guests.
